Street Smart Brazil is launching a new group class. This is your opportunity to improve your Portuguese, experience the Street Smart Brazil quality, and meet other Street Smart students. We carefully crafted a program that will be both fun and challenging. You will learn and enjoy speaking practice in a safe, expert environment with Street Smart Brazil founder and lead instructor Luciana Lage.

To ensure that you get the best out of the class, our group will have a maximum of six students.

This group is best suited for intermediate to advanced students who can communicate ideas and have fair listening comprehension skills. Classes are conducted 100% in Portuguese.

Our class will help you nail verb conjugations down for good, practice advanced tenses, build vocabulary, and learn practical, street smart expressions. Our program is packed with street smart expressions: Useful constructions that are simple to learn, extremely handy in conversations, yet not taught by conventional textbooks and schools.

We prepare the class with these goals in mind:

1. You will practice verb conjugation – each class is designed to emphasize certain verb tenses
2. You will build relevant vocabulary – we pack each lesson with colloquial vocabulary and idiomatic expressions
3. You will develop fluency and listening skills – classes include audio and visual resources, and in each meeting we allot a generous portion of time for you to practice conversation.
   

In this class you will be able to practice what you learn. Our groups are small because we make sure that you will have lots of opportunity to talk!

Course Program

This will be an intermediate to advanced class, ideal for students who are conversational and who have fair listening comprehension skills. Each meeting has a different topic (travel, food, friends & family, etc) and is designed to help you practice verb conjugation, build vocabulary, and learn practical, street smart expressions that you do not learn from conventional textbooks and schools. The class is conducted 100% in Portuguese.

Our methodology includes structured practice, free conversations, and audio visual resources. All class materials are included in the price of the program.

More About Our Group Classes:

There are two ways in which you can benefit from a Street Smart Brazil group class:

1. You can form your own group
2. You can join a group when we launch one

To ensure that each student can truly benefit from the class, we work with small groups and we make a point of having students who are at the same level.

Due to the very high demand for one-on-one lessons, we do not launch group classes frequently. If you would like to be informed whenever we have a new group coming up, just send us an email and we will make sure you are among the first to learn about it.

Forming your own group

There are many advantages in forming your own group:

• you can be certain that everyone is on the same page and with the same energy to learn
• friends feel safe around each other, which is conducive to more participation in class
• we can design a program that is customized to attend to your goals and needs; you do not have to follow a predetermined syllabus
