This is what I call a fun event: You listen to live Brazilian music by Joseh Garcia and you learn about the history of Brazilian Jazz. This is a multimedia event in which live music is intertwined with a presentation of slides. Awesome!

What:
Bossa Nova Way: a lecture and concert in which you experience and understand the most international form of Brazilian music. Joseh will tell you about the history of Brazilian Jazz, fascinating facts, and exciting anecdotes.

When: Saturday August 6, 8pm (doors at 7:30pm)

Where: ArtSpace 4500, in the Castro Neighborhood in San Francisco. This is a house concert. The address will be given to you when you buy your ticket or RSVP yes.

Tickets: $15 - Street Smart Brazil students price: $10 (Obrigada, Joseh!)

During this week (July 25 to 31) I will post a trivia question on the Street Smart Brazil Facebook community. The first person to post the correct answer under the thread wins 2 tickets to Bossa Nova Way.

Please keep in mind that the concert is in San Francisco. Street Smart Brazil teachers are not eligible to participate.
