Quer chova, quer faça sol

Hoje eu vou andar na praia, quer chova, quer faça sol! = Today I'll walk on the beach, rain or shine.
Chova ou faça sol = quer chova, quer faça sol = rain or shine.
The expression uses the present subjunctive (chova, faça), but you can use it even if you have not learned the subjuntive mode yet.
