Estou triste: the great Portuguese writer José Saramago died today. Saramago leaves us with a rich collection of beautiful writing. The movie "Blindness" by Brazilian director Fernando Meirelles (City of God) withJulianne Moore and Mark Ruffalo is based on one of Saramago's books.
